Information for consumers and a way to withdraw from your contract online.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, you must inform us – Evalus Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz GmbH, Leobersdorfer Straße 26, 2560 Berndorf, Austria, telephone +43 2672 20161, email office@evalus.at – of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
You may also submit your withdrawal electronically using the “Withdraw from contract” function linked in this website’s footer. Enter the required details and select “Confirm withdrawal”. If you use this option, we will promptly email an acknowledgment of receipt.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate amount for services provided up to the time you inform us of withdrawal, compared with the full service covered by the contract.
For paid services, the right expires after full performance only if the statutory conditions are met, including your prior express consent to starting early and acknowledgment that full performance will end your right of withdrawal. Agreeing to general terms alone is insufficient. Without the required declarations, statutory protection remains.
You may complete and return this form if you wish to withdraw. Using it is optional.
